1. Scope of Services

Dnyaneshwari Old Age Home & Care Centre operates specialized residential elder-care facilities at Panvel and Karjat (Neral), Maharashtra. Our services encompass assisted daily living, 24/7 nursing and caretaker support, regular doctor visits, dementia care, and charitable shelter for destitute seniors.

2. Admission Policy & Medical Assessment

Admission to residential care programs is subject to a preliminary clinical assessment of the senior citizen's health, mobility, and specific nursing needs.
Care categories include General Elderly Living, Bedridden Care, Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care, and Hospice & Palliative Care. Room availability is subject to capacity.
A formal Admission & Care Agreement specifying room category, included services, and medical billing policies must be signed by the resident or their legal guardian prior to admission.

3. Distinct Care Offerings

Our offerings are structured into distinct categories:

Residential Assisted & Nursing Care: Paid monthly care options with private, semi-private, and shared room choices.
Lifetime Care Membership: Permanent life-care arrangement subject to mutual agreement and medical assessment.
Charitable Shelter: 100% free shelter reserved exclusively for verified abandoned, destitute, or homeless seniors, subject to funded bed availability.

4. Emergency Medical Protocol

While our centers provide 24/7 skilled nursing supervision and regular doctor visits, in the event of an acute medical crisis, the resident will be immediately stabilized by on-duty nursing staff and transferred via our standby 24/7 emergency ambulance to nearby affiliated multi-specialty hospitals. All hospital, ICU, and external diagnostic charges are payable by the family/guardian as per hospital tariff.

5. Visitor Guidelines

To preserve resident tranquility and infection control, visitor hours are designated from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM daily. Visitors are requested to respect quiet hours and follow safety protocols.

6. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising in connection with the care home services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raigad / Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
